                BEEF

All our beef is British steer beef aged between 18-14 months at time of slaughter for both maximum flavour, tenderness and perfect lean to fat ratio.  We take delivery twice a week from our trusted suppliers who have worked in partnership with us for over 20 years to ensure our carcass beef is of the highest quality available.  After the meat has been butchered and koshered it is prepared for sale.  Our fine beef joints are aged for a minimum of two weeks before sale to ensure the meat reaches your table at its most tender and flavoursome.  We are happy to prepare any cut you require and our expert butchers are always on hand to advise you of the best cut for your recipe as well as cooking and resting times.
